This well presented new property is situated in a quiet residential area of the town overlooking an open park area and within 15 min walk of the town center.

Accommodation
Guests have exclusive use of private facilities. On the ground floor we have one double bedroom with private bath/shower room, tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, hairdryer and information booklet. There is a spacious bathroom which has a sunken corner bath and separate shower cubicle

On the first floor we have a twin/family room which has an en-suite shower room. The beds can be linked together to form a king-size bed. There is also a full size bunk bed and a sofa, tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV, hairdryer and information booklet.

The private lounge/dining room has open outlooks towards the town center and River Dee estuary. Choose the breakfast to suit yourselves from our extensive menu. Packed lunches can be provided by prior arrangement.

All facilities within the property are on one level, access to the property is by six steps to the front door. Off street park available.

Travelling from town centre on Tongland Road towards Castle Douglas, after 40mph sign turn right into Boreland Road, take 4th road on Right into Brown Road Fergus Road is second road on left we are the house sited on the corner. On entering Kirkcudbright on the A711 from Castle Douglas turn left after 40mph sign into Boreland Road and then as above.
