Details: The Art & Crafts Trail is an annual event organised as part of Kirkcudbright's Summer Festivities programme. The event, which was first held in 2004, has developed into a major event in the area, attracting thousands of visitors to the picturesque harbour town.

Held in the Harbour Square, a natural arena in the middle of town, the night features a mixture of traditional Scottish Pipe music from our award winning Kirkcudbright and District Pipe Band supported by the Stewartry Area Wind Band and Galloway Pipers, Scottish Country Dancers, Highland Dancers and other traditional entertainment including the World Famous UNBEATEN Kirkcudbright Tug o' War Team. The night starts at 19:00 with a special guest act who will add colour to our event and entertain the crowds to a variety of different cultural experiences.

Details: Set in the most delightful environment for cyclists with its quiet roads beautiful countryside with rolling hills and spectacular views, Kirkcudbright enjoys a gentle climate. This event is run by Kirkcudbright Rotary Club and will be the 3rd of its kind in Kirkcudbright. Registration at Kirkcudbright Church Hall, St Mary Street from 7.45 – 9.30 am. The route starting at the Church Hall St Mary Street will be clearly arrowed and marshalled A choice of 102mls and 67mls circular routes on quiet Galloway lanes. Feed Stations Timing – every entrant will receive a certificate with finishing time. Support vehicles and motor cycles on patrol in case of problems Food when you finish. The finish cut off time will be 6pm at Kirkcudbright Town Hall. Broom wagon will pick up stragglers if required

Details: Car boot sales are held on the second Sunday of the Month. We would highly recommend booking as last year we were running out of space for vehicles at almost all sales.
