GETTING HERE
By road
Driving from London is a
relaxed six or seven hour drive. From Manchester or Leeds,
three hours, and from Glasgow or Edinburgh,
two hours. You'll find that our quiet country roads make driving a
pleasure.
Kirkcudbright
lies 25 miles beyond (west of) Dumfries on the coast
south of the A75. Motor cyclists are especially welcome - the roads
are well maintained and some can be both fun and a challenge.
